Kramer & Co. Mechanical, Inc.

Kramer & Co. Mechanical, Inc. operates as a plumbing contractor out of Bella Vista, TX. They focus on residential and commercial plumbing work across the region, handling everything from basic repairs to full system replacements. The company covers the Northwest Arkansas area that includes Bella Vista and works on homes and businesses that deal with aging infrastructure and shifting ground conditions common in the area. Their crew shows up for both routine calls and urgent situations where water systems fail without warning.

Plumbers in Bella Vista face frequent calls for water leaks that soak floors and walls, clogged drains that back up sinks and tubs, and sewer line problems that require digging or camera inspections to locate breaks. Homeowners often need toilet and sink replacements after years of wear, sump pump fixes to keep basements dry during heavy rains, and water heater swaps when units stop producing hot water. The crew also runs drain cleaning jobs to clear grease and debris, installs new water lines for additions, and handles commercial plumbing for local shops. Emergency plumbing runs happen after hours when pipes burst from winter freezes or tree roots invade lines.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done right the first time without extra trips or surprise costs. Reviews point to fast response on leak and drain jobs, solid fixes that hold up, fair pricing on parts and labor, and clear updates from the technicians while they work. The company earns its standing through consistent results on both small repairs and bigger line replacements. DIRT Score 4.74 from 163 reviews on Finds.

“I hadn't used Kramer in many years. But decided to give them another try. We have had a rash of repairs and I am highly pleased. They are very affordable. I had to purchase a furnace and ac combo. The guys came out, worked hard, and did a great job. They really cleaned up the furnace closet and even did some extra work at no extra charge. Very pleased with the HVAC crew. A week later we had an underground water leak (13 gallons a minute). The city shut off our water. Kramer was there first thing the next morning. Tim did a great job fixing the leak. Tim also worked on our toilets and got them all fixed with no leaks. I would highly recommend Kramer.”

“These guys were absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the last. Very prompt and very good work. I’ll gladly pay good money for great service. Referred to me from Jims Old Fashion HVAC. THANKS to all of you for great service.”

“A tech was sent to my home the same day I called. My problem was solved in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Kramer & Company!”

“Excellent service, professional and courteous employees. I could not be more pleased with Kramer Mechanical and the mini-split HVAC system they installed for my garage. 💯 % recommend Kramer!”

“Kramer and company has worked on both our home and business properties and I cant tell you how pleased we continue to be with their work. Every single employee has been honest, worked hard and did a fantastic job. We've been a customer for 8+ years.”

“I have had very positive experiences with Kramer on plumbing projects and issues.”

“I'm always hesitant when it comes to contractors. After reading all reviews for Kramer, I gave them a call for two service issues: a garbage disposal that quit working, and a clog. They had both fully resolved in less than an hour, providing quick, honest, and high-quality service. Also, note that their service fee means you won't be charged if they have to come back for the same issue in the future. Totally worth it. I will always use them in the future for plumbing needs in Northwest Arkansas!”

“I cannot recommend Kramer & Company Mechanical enough! From start to finish, their team was incredible. Matt and John, in particular, are standout professionals who have been to our house for a couple different HVAC and plumbing needs. They made the entire experience seamless. They were not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled but also genuinely cared about us as people, not just another job. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a world of difference. If you're looking for a company that will do the job right and treat you with respect, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!”
