“Steve and his crew were absolutely great, the initially gave me a date and time and with no other calls or communication they showed up like they said they would. Immediately got started and worked like a team and in 3 hours had complied the gas line installation to our stand by Generator. Like Steve’s trucks say, They are on it like flys. I recommend if you have a need for a plumber Nagy Plumbing is the crew to call.”

“Never could get service. Set up an appointment for a Monday, and they never showed. Supposedly, they tried to call/text to let me know but "had my number incorrect" although they had two voicemails from me with the correct number listed. Finally called and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning - another no show. When I called, she said that the plumber was still working on another job. Fine...I get that, but a call would be in order. We have to arrange our schedules to make sure someone is home; not showing up puts us in a bind.”

They didn’t answer that either. This is especially disappointing because we used them before and were satisfied with their work.”

“I called, not thinking that anyone would respond leaving a VM, when they knocked on my door an hour later. I was having some leveling and underpinning done when the faucet broke under the house, so work came to a standstill. Had to turn off water to the entire house. Nagy’s plumber capped the faucet within an hour, explaining the work she’d done. And, it was perfect! Her helper unclogged my guest toilet. Everything I needed. I still can’t believe I didn’t have to wait one week. And the price was spot on. I would recommend them to anyone. *****”
