Arkansas Leak Detection

Arkansas Leak Detection is a plumbing outfit based in Benton, TX. They specialize in residential and commercial leak detection along with repairs for water and gas lines. Homeowners in the region often deal with issues like slab leaks and irrigation problems due to the local soil and weather conditions that put stress on underground pipes. The crew handles private line locating and pressure regulator valves to keep systems running right. They also manage sewer and drain cleaning plus new sewer line installations when older lines fail from age or ground movement common around here.

They perform residential leak detection by using equipment to find water loss inside walls or under slabs without tearing up floors right away. For commercial jobs the same approach applies to bigger buildings where gas line leaks or sewer backups can shut down operations fast. Water line repair work often involves trenchless options or full re-pipes on existing lines to stop repeated breaks. Customers have noted fixes on pool leaks and septic tank installations that kept things moving without long disruptions. Irrigation leaks and home sewer system work get handled the same direct way with liners or relining on older pipes to avoid full excavation whenever possible.

Plumbers in Benton, TX face steady demand from shifting soils and summer heat that wears out lines quicker than in milder climates so speed and clear updates matter most to keep jobs from dragging on. Quality shows in how well the repairs hold up without callbacks and price stays reasonable when crews avoid extra steps. Communication helps when explaining options like trenchless sewer repair versus traditional digs. DIRT Score 4.81 from 428 reviews on Finds.

“Austin did such a fantastic job in assessing our outdoor water main issue. He was timely, efficient courteous I cannot thank him enough on how quickly they got the job done. Grateful is not even enough to say how much I appreciate them all. And the fact that they repaired my lawn and put down straw blankets to help with erosion was amazing. Great job I would hire them in a second if I had a water issue of any kind I give them 10 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The leak was detected at a depth of over 5 feet, and the team was determined, professional, and timely. The management teamnever responded to either phone call. The front-end lady sent them 2 messages to contact me. Nothing, they disappointed me. On a brighter note, Triston, Randy, Zack and James provided great customer service. My out-of-pocket expense was high, but that is only because my insurance, HomeServe, did not cover the full installation. AR LEAK DETECTION had NO control over that.”

“I was referred to Arkansas Leak Detection by my local plumbing company. They came out and spent several hours attempting to locate a water leak. After their inspection, they marked a spot under my concrete slab and stated that the leak was located there. Based on their findings, my plumbing company spent an entire day cutting through and removing a section of the slab, which cost me thousands of dollars. After the slab was opened, it became clear that there was no leak in the location Arkansas Leak Detection had identified. The actual leak was more than 20 feet away from the spot they marked. I contacted Arkansas Leak Detection to discuss the issue and seek a resolution. I was told that the owner would call me back, but I never received a return call. Over the following weeks, I made sev”
