CB Plumbing Services operates as a local plumber out of Bentonville with more than twenty years handling residential and light commercial work in the area. They focus on straightforward fixes and installations that keep water flowing without unnecessary delays or upsells. Homeowners in Bentonville deal with everything from aging pipes in older neighborhoods to sudden leaks after heavy rains or freezes, and this crew shows up ready to diagnose the actual problem rather than pushing full replacements. Their background in the trade means they know the local water pressure quirks and soil conditions that affect lines around here.

They handle water heater installation and repair for both tank and tankless units along with general service calls for clogs, dripping faucets, running toilets, and sewer line issues. When a customer calls about low pressure or a hot water shortage, the team starts by checking the obvious points like valves and thermostats before tearing into walls. They work through the full job on site, testing everything at the end so the system runs right the first time. Bentonville homes often need quick responses to burst pipes in winter or sediment buildup in hard water areas, and these plumbers keep the process direct by bringing the right parts and finishing without dragging the project across multiple days.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use and the crew explains options clearly without pressure tactics. Speed matters when a leak hits at night, and quality shows in how few callbacks happen after the repair. Price stays reasonable for the scope of work without surprise add-ons once the job starts. That steady record of reliable service in Bentonville adds up. DIRT Score 4.77 from 211 reviews on Finds.

“Amazing service! It was so easy to schedule online. Chris showed up on time without issue and was very quick to fix our problem.”

“There was excellent communication with Chris, who worked us in quickly, and let us know when he was on his way. The job turned out to be a little more than expected, but he stayed with it until he found the problem, and replaced the part quickly and for a fair price. I will definitely call CB Plumbing for any future issues !”

“Chris and his team are very reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and his services.”

“Excellent experience with CB Plumbing. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and reasonably priced. They will now be my go-to plumbers for all future projects!”

“Chris was phenomenal. Excellent communication, replied quickly and came to do the work exactly when he said. He was clean and professional, all of our work for our new shop was completed extremely well. Pricing was fair and competitive! We would highly recommend!”

“We have had multiple plumber issues since relocating to Northwest Arkansas. Finding Chris with CB plumbing has been a life saver. They are without a doubt the only plumbing company I will ever let work on my home or my loved ones homes. Not only are they quick and efficient but they are so experienced and careful, and MAKE sure everything is done perfectly, and up to code, so you’ll never have to worry about the disaster that water or plumbing issues can cause for your home. They are very reasonably priced, and upfront and honest about everything! There was no surprise costs or extra anything and everything was done correctly the first time, including fixing issues the prior installations/ plumbers had created. I will forever recommend them!”

“Chris just finished the remodeling of my master bath. To say I am pleased with the work is an understatement. He was very helpful in suggesting different faucet options to upgrade my shower. The work was done quickly and very professionally at a fair price. He quoted me prices and did not add in hidden charges. I would reccomend this company for all your bathroom remodels and plumbing. I will be having them do some work on my other bathroom soon.”

“Highly recommend CB Plumbing. Came home and saw water pooling up on my garage floor. I immediately knew it was leaking from my water heater and thought the worst. I opened the storage door and sure enough the water heater was leaking. I made a call to CB Plumbing and Chris said he would come check it out asap. He was here within an hour and was very personable right from the start. He was able to very quickly diagnose and find the issue. He didn’t try to sell a whole replacement which was unnecessary or blow smoke about anything not needed. He quickly pointed out where the leak was coming from and stated that as long as it’s nothing more we should have you back in business in no time. He got me a reasonable quote on the spot and had it taken care of in less than an hour. I can no”

“Chris was fantastic and found a way to get us worked into his schedule.”

“I like this company! I’ve used them for two separate issues. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and have great customer service! I highly recommend them!”
