Not only were they able to send a technician, Billy, out the same day, but he arrived within 30 minutes ! (And I live way out of town, in the country) Billy was extremely professional, direct and to the point, no lallygagging around. Told me that they found the problem and fixed it and filled expensive coolant during first two visits. Third time they said the system needed to be replaced and not repairable.
