Buffalo Plumbing Company

Buffalo Plumbing Company handles plumbing work in Boerne, Texas as a Texas family owned and operated business. A master plumber with more than twenty five years of experience runs the operation which covers commercial and home plumbing services plus backflow testing. The company holds insurance and licensing under RMP number 42346 and extends senior citizen and military discounts. Service reaches San Antonio along with surrounding communities during hours from seven in the morning until six in the evening Monday through Friday and until noon on Saturday.

Customers have described jobs that include checks on irrigation system leaks where no repair proved necessary and no charge applied, replacement of a backwater check valve that called for deep excavation in front of a house, and repair of a leaky line in a front yard blocked by an overgrown tree. Rick and Rudy managed the excavation while avoiding damage to shrubs and plants, kept contact about action plans ahead of each step, and presented fix options that reduced costs. They completed the valve work on budget and lower than estimates from other firms while maintaining the original quote.

Reviewers note same day arrivals for site checks and quotes along with clear communication of plans before work begins. Pricing stays reasonable and honest with some service calls resulting in no charge when repairs are not needed, and the overall cost for excavation jobs came in considerably below what mainstream companies quoted for identical tasks. The company covers the San Antonio area under the posted schedule and focuses on straightforward assessments that match the work performed.

“I have used this company several times and the quality of work was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I’ve also called them several times on matters which were checked but did not need repair and I was not charged for the service hall. The last time he was here, I had a leak in the irrigation system which my gardener had attempted to repair but there was still water pooling in the area. He told me to wait a few days and if the area was still wet to call an irrigation specialist because their rates were less expensive than a plumber. Again, no charge for the service call. This is definitely a company that is reliable and honest. I highly recommend them”

“Professional and reliable, extremely fair pricing. Job included replacing backwater check valve with two way clean out line which necessitated deep excavation in front of the house. Rick and Rudy were extremely careful and respectful of my landscaping design and plants and worked around my shrubs rather than just plow through and kill them, which I very much appreciated. They kept in contact with us, letting us know their plans of action before beginning the job. They stayed true to the estimate, which was CONSIDERABLY less than a mainstream company’s estimate for the same job. We have used Buffalo Plumbing before, and will continue to call them in the future. A truly honest company, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them!!!!”

“This company was great! I had a leaky line in the front yard where a small tree had grown right over the leak. They came out the same day to have a look and give me a quote. I really liked that they gave me options for the fix, one of which saved me a significant amount of money. They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.”
