“I had an excellent experience with Rutkowski Plumbing. I called after discovering a leak from my upstairs shower that was causing water damage to my kitchen ceiling. Luke Rutkowski and his uncle responded quickly and were able to come out within hours, which was greatly appreciated. What impressed me most was that they took the time to find the actual root causes of the problem instead of applying a quick fix. They discovered that the shower cartridge needed replacement and also found an issue with the shower head connection that was allowing water to leak back into the wall. By addressing both issues, they resolved the plumbing problem completely. Although part of my kitchen ceiling had to be opened to access the leak, they explained everything clearly, were professional throughout the process, and left me confident that the plumbing issues had been properly repaired. As a bonus, I later discovered that Luke was a childhood friend of my son Ryan’s. It was a small-world moment that made the experience even more memorable. Their pricing was fair, their work was thorough, and their customer service was outstanding. I am very grateful to Luke and his uncle for turning a stressful”

“After the freeze we found a leak within our walls. Carl and Luke responded before other companies even returned our call. They were very professional, explained everything, and quickly found and repaired the leak. This was on a Sunday evening, after responding to other calls all day. We are extremely satisfied with their response time and work completed. They provided the level of service you wished every company offered. We will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.”

“Carl has been our go-to plumber for a number of years now. We've used him in all the houses we have ever lived in. Broken toilet flange, pin-hole in copper tubing, copper pipes leaking in foundation, and adding hot water heater expansion tanks. He is very professional and knows what he's doing. He'd be the first to recommend another company or service if the job is too big or out of his realm of expertise. Selfless service.”

Called on Saturday and replaced by Tuesday.”
