“We have a new build and now had to have the plumber come back for the things they didn’t do right the first time and now the second time. Not sure they know what they are doing. Person answering the phone has zero customer service skills. Seems we are inconveniencing her when we need service. With so many good plumbers out there why did our builder pick the bottom of the barrel.”
