“Shamrock Plumbing's Rinnai specialist was able to diagnose the problem on our 18 year old tankless water heater and repair it without a costly replacement. Very courteous and prompt. Would highly recommend.”

“Attempted to setup a new customer appt. Received text confirming the time to be 12-4. Spoke with Representative on phone she said 12-5. Not what I had received but ok. Then for another text said they were running late and would not be out to our place until 8p. 😳. With their hour minimum requirement they could be onsite up until 9p. The lady seemed pushy about rescheduling for a couple days later. I expressed the time I had to take off for this appt and it was ignored. Just matter of fact did I want to reschedule or no. I asked if there was a contact if anything went wrong she said no they would be closed and unreachable. Anyway. Not a super good impression of this company. I found another and canceled with them.”
