South Texas Wastewater Treatment San Antonio

South Texas Wastewater Treatment San Antonio handles plumbing work out of Boerne, Texas with a focus on septic systems. Ron owns the outfit and they install residential Jet wastewater treatment plants along with commercial versions for larger sites. They also manage maintenance, tank pumping, water disposal, lift station repairs, and conversions from old septic setups to aerobic systems. The crew works weekdays from eight in the morning until five and keeps the shop closed on weekends.

Customers call them for failed septic replacements that get finished in just days with the yard left in better shape than before. Ron has dug in yards himself to fix systems when others turned the work down. Monica has walked through system details on site while technicians like Carlos handled repairs that finished early and with parts already on the truck. Other jobs include ice storm damage fixes on aging units and full switchouts on fifty year old tanks that left no daily routine disruption.

They answer calls promptly in most cases and send crews who show up on time and finish without extra visits. Service reaches the San Antonio area with straightforward talk from the office and field teams. Some customers note quick resolutions on alarms or parts while others report delays in returned messages or issues with billing after property changes. The shop stays easy to reach during regular hours but has drawn complaints when staff like Bonnie or Bruce did not follow through on escalations.

Reviews split between praise for steady long term service and criticism over professionalism and communication. Positive notes focus on reliable fixes and knowledgeable crews while negative ones mention unreturned contacts and property access problems after sales. DIRT Score 2.6 from 14 reviews on Finds.

“By far, the best service, transparency, and communication from any of the services we’ve had done at our home. Ron and his entire crew were exceptional. There was little to no disruption in our daily routine when we switched to an aerobic system using these guys. I have a recommend to anyone looking to have a new system installed.”

“These guys are top notch. I’ve been with South Texas for almost 19 years between both my homes. There was a time when no septic company would help me when my original septic system failed. Everyone was “too busy” with new home construction. Ron, the owner, was the only guy who heard my pleas and promised to help. Ron was eventually out there himself, digging around in my front yard to get my stuff installed. This company has never let me down all these years. “Integrity” seems to be a virtue on which this company is based. I don’t believe the negative reviews posted earlier.”

“I've never had a company go out of their way and put the customer first, as much as this company did. One thing is for sure, you can bet they are Not in it for making $$. I can't say enough about Ron and his team. This is a hometown, first class operation.”

“Monica was very professional and excellent at explaining what was being done to the system, the technicians were on time, respectful, professional, and they finished everything earlier than expected. Very thankful to them for their professionalism. I wish I would’ve gotten their names, they know who they are. Thank you Monica for everyone’s hard work, top notch service from this company. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely amazed with STWT! From start to finish, they helped us get our 50 year old system switched out in a matter of days! Our back yard was completely transformed and was left better than before. Everyone we encountered from the office to the field was pleasant, knowledgeable and hard working. We highly recommend them to anyone needing Septic work in the SATX area!!!”

“I have found San Antonio to be one of the worst places to receive good contracting help and services. No matter who I use and for what, I never seem to find good help. While this is still the case for most services I need, South Texas Wastewater is by far the best company I have worked with for any service in San Antonio. They are professional, courteous, and if the can't help you within a reasonable time, then they will recommend someone that can help. Every time I have an issue with my lift station, they are the ones that I call because I know that I can count on them. All their technicians are good, but Carlos is outstanding! Thank you for all the help over the past three years”

“A customer for 20 yrs with no regrets. I don’t worry about our system because I know they’re taking care of it. Last week’s ice storm didn’t help my aging system. They responded promptly to my call with the greatest professionalism & courtesy. Highly recommend!”

“Had service done today. Repairmen we're polite, courteous, and efficient. Had part on truck and my system was back running in about half an hour. Always recommend them. Excellent group of people.”

“Monica is the most unprofessional person I've ever come in contact with and when escalating issues to Bruce, the manager, he didn't seem concerned at all. Would NOT recommend this business.”

“Friendly, professional service whether talking to the front office or their field service team.”

“You are directed to someone named Bonnie. She doesn't return calls or emails. I would avoid a company that do not communicate.”

“Avoid this business. Even after selling my house and informing them several times, they still illegally enter the new owners property and send me bills”

“This team is always all over what I need! Kudos!”

“Every now and then an angel is sent your way! Thank you to this kind employee who offered to help me as I was on the side of the road.”
