“This company is not ready to conduct business via parcel. We were charged $150 in packaging fees and they used a cheap thin U-Haul unsuitable box with no red "Fragile"label on it. The result is a broken sink a waste of $300 and their reputation. We were worn by Lizzett the merchandise might get damage in transit..well, ..if you pack it poorly that sure will be the result....they packed it poorly and we got screwed. I would not recommend anyone to buy a product that needs to be shipped by them.”

They were professional, courteous, and great at keeping the dust to a minimum. And, they replaced four of our cracked tiles in the kitchen, which wasn’t in the original plan. At the end of each job, they were also careful to clean up before they left. All this at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Gonzalez Tile.”
