About

Under Dog Plumbing Solutions handles plumbing work for homes in Harlingen, TX. Local residents call on them when drains back up, water heaters fail, or leaks start damaging floors and walls. The outfit stays ready for both routine service and sudden breakdowns that hit South Texas houses during peak heat or after heavy rains. Crews focus on getting water systems back online fast so families avoid extra costs from prolonged outages or property harm. They cover installs and repairs that match what older mobile homes and standard builds in the area typically need.

Technicians arrive after easy online bookings and quick confirmation calls, then handle tasks like swapping leaking hot water heaters and restoring mobile home skirting for access as one customer described. Valentin and Ociel reached a site on time and stayed courteous while finishing their work. Roberto has provided estimates for reverse osmosis setups paired with recirculating pumps. Other jobs include replacing shower faucets and heads where old fixtures no longer held pressure. The crew diagnoses problems on short notice, such as heaters down for days, and completes fixes without leaving loose ends.

Homeowners note the quick turnaround on calls and clear explanations of costs before any work starts. Feedback highlights steady results on heater replacements and fixture swaps, with fair pricing that avoids surprises. Response speed stands out in reviews as a strong point that keeps jobs from dragging. DIRT Score 4.93 from 121 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Their online appointment system is incredibly user-friendly, and I received a quick follow-up call shortly after booking. Technicians Valentin and Ociel arrived promptly, and they were both highly courteous and professional throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rooter's service technicians came out on fairly short notice because our water heater had been out for almost a week, and we had not been able to get any help from our home warranty company, Liberty Home Guard. Mr. Rooter's technicians came out at about 6:30 on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the problem. They were unable to replace the bad water heater right then, but did fix it so we could temporarily get hot water over the weekend. They brought out a new water heater on Monday morning and installed it. The technicians were friendly but professional, very competent, fast and efficient, and did an excellent job, all the while keeping in mind they were performing the work for us--the customer. (So many service providers these days just want to get the job done and get the check without regard for quality or service.) They were sincerely dedicated to making sure we had good quality equipment installed perfectly and to our satisfaction. They are now our go-to plumbers.

Roberto came out for an estimate for a reverse osmosis system and a quote on a recirculating pump.

The personnel performing the work were very knowledgeable and professional in completing the work and replaced the shower faucets and shower head and replaced the hot water heater that had been leaking and were timely and replaced the mobile home skirting that had to be removed to access the hot water heater and I was very pleased with service they performed. This company will stay on my call list for future use!! Thank you for fixing multiple issues with plumbing at my residence!!

DO NOT HAVE THEM REPAIR ANYTHING. Nine months ago my daughter contracted Mr. Rooter of Brownsville to replace some PVC pipes to the bathroom shower. Technician came out and made the repairs. However an hour later his repair started leaking badly, she called him and he came out and repaired it again. About 3 hours later it ruptured again. Everyone of the family went out to eat and were not home. When we got home we had wood and synthetic floors, walls cabinets soaked in water that was almost half a foot. She shut off the water supply and called Mr. Rooter again. The senior plumber came out and fixed it correctly. He told daughter to contact our home owner ins. I had an 8 thousand dollar deductible and they only paid for the drying out of the house. She contacted Mr. Rooter and was given a claim form. It has been filled out and submitted. No contact since then. The insurance company does not answer phone calls or emails. I do not recommend them to repair anything as their warranty is worthless and we have 8 to 10 thousand dollars damage and the price of the materials to buy are getting higher by the day. Also the office on Coria street is only that and we have yet to see anyone there. I will post more to let everyone know the outcome of this as I am filing a formal complaint with the Board of Insurance and am in contact with a lawyer
