4L Contracting Llc

4L Contracting Llc operates as plumbers based in Bryan, Texas, and covers jobs throughout the surrounding region including College Station. They handle everything from routine leak repairs to installing gear such as water softeners, plus emergency calls that come in at odd hours. The outfit keeps phones answered around the clock and provides live assistance from seven in the morning until eight at night, which helps homeowners get direct answers without delays. This approach matches the plumbing issues common in Texas houses where lines run through slabs and small problems can grow quickly if not addressed right away. The crew stays ready for the kind of slab leaks and water problems that hit local homes without warning.

Crews get sent out for specific tasks like putting in water softeners, where technicians such as Kurt and Lane handle cases even when parts are missing by rescheduling on the spot to complete the work properly. Lee and Kurt often arrive ahead of schedule for planned jobs, stay polite around pets like dogs, and make sure the area stays clean once the work wraps up. On bigger issues they respond the same day to trace leaks, including copper pipes inside the slab, and get the repair done that day or the next without causing extra damage around the house. Homeowners note how the team knows the fixes and leaves the site in good shape after finishing.

Homeowners consistently give high marks across the board for how the work lasts without needing callbacks, how fast the crew responds to urgent calls, how prices come without hidden costs, and how clear the updates stay from the start to the end of each job. These points show up in reviews time after time and build a solid record. The team earns top scores in quality, speed, value, and communication that add up to their overall standing. DIRT Score 4.45 from 18 reviews on Finds.

“Water Softener installation Completed! Just wanted to give a shout out to Kurt and Lane on their outstanding customer service today. I hired 4L Contracting LLC to install a water softener in our home. After finding out the water softener I had purchased was missing parts, the job was rescheduled for Monday. I was able to return the water softener and get a replacement fairly quick. So I sent a text to Kurt, letting him know I had done so. He informed me they were nearby and could do the job in about 30 minutes if I could meet them back at my home. I hurried home and in about 2 hours the job was completed. Tonight my wife and I shall enjoy a soft water shower!”

“Lee and Kurt from 4L Contracting showed up 5 minutes early for the job. They were knowledgeable, polite (my dogs loved them), and very respectful of my home, and made sure any mess made during the job was thoroughly cleaned afterward. Not only did they quickly and efficiently complete the scheduled job, they also fixed a low pressure problem with my kitchen faucet, and checked my water softener for no extra charge. I highly recommend 4L Contracting. They are professional, efficient, highly knowledgeable about any plumbing problem or concern, and their prices are extremely reasonable.”

“My wife and I discovered a water leak coming out of our wall. 4L Contracting LLC came out that day and found where the leak was coming from ( copper pipe leaking in the slab), they started working immediately and finished the next day. The men were very professional and knew exactly how to correct the issue and at a great price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Stephen”

“Used 4L Contracting LLC first the first time a couple years ago and since then they have replaced a water heater, reset toilets, replaced water lines, and located and fixed a leak under the house! They have been amazing to work with over the years, I cannot recommend these guys enough!”
