“Highly recommend this company! The technicians (Tyler & Joshua) were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They didn’t try to upsell us or push unnecessary work, which we really appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fully identified and handled correctly. Honest, professional, and thorough exactly what you want when dealing with home repairs. Will continue to use them in the future! And ALWAYS recommend them.”

“We had this company install a new water heater for us. It was the first time using this company. The experience was great from start to finish. The lady that set up the appointment was very pleasant and professional. The technicians that came out to install the water heater were knowledgeable and friendly. I like that I was sent a text with a picture of the person that was going to be coming to our home. We will be using this company for any future plumbing needs.”

“Quality work at a reasonable price. This is one of the few times that you get much more than you paid for. Will use again and again. 2025 - Since my last review, this happened: BOTH of my 50 gallon hot water tanks blew (not installed by JBG). I called them and they were out the same day. We discussed going tankless. While the swap was Savings account altering, it was a no-brainer with the much longer warranty and not having to heat 100 gallons of water all the time. My man, Tyler, to the rescue! He was amazing, handling everything with professionalism and…somehow… a smile in a 105 degree garage. What an awesome guy. This team is my only plumber I will ever call. They actually care about their customers, not just hurry up and get the job done. I even heard Tyler tell his helper that even though it is plumbing, it’s about the aesthetics and being proud of what you’ve done. It doesn’t get better than that hearing your plumber working on your house. Great job! No, I’m not a bot. :)”

“Despite it being a Friday and her plumbers' busy schedules, Kristy was extremely responsive and helpful in scheduling a plumber to repair a damaging water leak that flooded our spare bedroom. Tyler and Eli arrived late afternoon and weer able to stop the leak and repair the pipe in less than an hour. We've used JGB for many years and they've never disappointed us. They do top-notch work!”
