“We had our roof replaced by Grandchamp August 27th 2025. The supervisor left the site and the workers pulled our a roof off then it rained. Our entire home was destroyed. They put the roof on as quickly as possible doing it improperly. To the point where it was uninsurable and leaked profusely. We were told that they were closing up shop, going out of business and filing bankruptcy so they warranty was null and void. I don't know if that's true but they refuse to return our calls and we had to hire a new roofing company to repair the damage and replace the roof.”

“We had a great experience from the beginning to the end, meeting with Chet Hannon to signing the final paperwork at the end of the job. The crew showed up bright and early, worked all day and had our new roof on by the end of the day. With the exception of the new roof you would never know they were here. The crew works well together and cleans up very nicely. Thank you for a great experience.”

“I highly recommend this company. The main contact I worked with was Bert Bilsing. They had a 10 man team complete the job in 2 days! About 124 squares of material.  They sent me lots of photos during and after the roof work. This was important because I wasn't able to be there during the roof replacement. Key points: I upgraded the ventilation with soffit vents and passive turbines. Hoping to reduce the load on the HVAC units so they last longer. Communication was excellent. I hope not to need any roof work for a long time. But when I do Grandchamp Roofing will be my first call.”
