“I had a plumbing issue at my property where water was backing up into the toilets and bathtubs. I hired Andrew at Source Flow Plumbing to identify the blockage. He first attempted to clear it through the bathroom and kitchen lines, but that didn’t resolve the problem. Because the property didn’t have a cleanout, he came out over the weekend to install one. After snaking the new cleanout, he determined the blockage was on the City’s side. He contacted the City, but they disagreed and insisted I install another cleanout at my own expense. Andrew and I both felt that wasn’t right, and he helped me make the case to the City until they agreed to take responsibility. Throughout the process, Andrew came out to the property multiple times—either to meet with the City or to check on the situation. On one visit, he caught the water overflowing and wet‑vacuumed it himself to prevent further damage. I truly appreciate how Andrew stayed engaged and worked with both me and the City until the issue was resolved on their end. I will definitely use Andrew again for future plumbing projects.”
