Source Flow Plumbing

Source Flow Plumbing works out of Bryan, TX as a local plumbing outfit that focuses on home repairs and installations. Residents there often run into issues with sewer lines and supply valves after remodeling projects or due to tree roots and sediment buildup common in the region. The company sends technicians such as Andrew to assess situations where water backs up through toilets and bathtubs. They start by trying to clear lines through accessible points in bathrooms and kitchens before moving to more involved methods if needed. This method helps homeowners avoid bigger disruptions.

They respond to weekend emergencies by installing new toilets and making the necessary stop valve connections to the water supply in freshly remodeled bathrooms. Andrew manages these installations with knowledge that keeps everything flowing right the first time. When blockages cause water to back up into toilets and bathtubs, he tests the bathroom and kitchen lines first to locate the problem without tearing into walls right away. The owner steps in on certain calls, treating each home with respect while showing owners simple steps to avoid future trouble. These plumbers take on jobs big and small, from single fixture fixes to clearing main lines that serve the whole property.

Homeowners in Bryan give top marks for the quality of the repairs that last without callbacks. Response times stand out when weekend or after hours calls come in for toilet installs or sudden backups. Pricing comes in fair with no surprise add ons since they only address the real problem. Communication stays clear from the first phone call through the final walkthrough. Andrew and the owner both earn praise for respectful attitudes that make the whole process less stressful. This combination of solid fixes, quick arrivals, honest costs, and open talk leads to repeated business and strong recommendations from people who have used them for various plumbing troubles around the house. “Very good service. Very nice and personable. Didn't try to fix what wasn't broken and charged a fair price. I will definitely keep their number and call again if and when I need a plumber.”

“I had a plumbing issue at my property where water was backing up into the toilets and bathtubs. I hired Andrew at Source Flow Plumbing to identify the blockage. He first attempted to clear it through the bathroom and kitchen lines, but that didn’t resolve the problem. Because the property didn’t have a cleanout, he came out over the weekend to install one. After snaking the new cleanout, he determined the blockage was on the City’s side. He contacted the City, but they disagreed and insisted I install another cleanout at my own expense. Andrew and I both felt that wasn’t right, and he helped me make the case to the City until they agreed to take responsibility. Throughout the process, Andrew came out to the property multiple times—either to meet with the City or to check on the situation. On one visit, he caught the water overflowing and wet‑vacuumed it himself to prevent further damage. I truly appreciate how Andrew stayed engaged and worked with both me and the City until the issue was resolved on their end. I will definitely use Andrew again for future plumbing projects.”

Andrew was knowledgeable, had amazing communication and customer service. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be using Source Flow Plumbing next time.”
