“Scheduled for someone to come out. Was told be there in hour this was at 930 in the am. 3 hrs later I called and was told new eta 330. Once he arrived wanted to charge me $1750.00 for a basic leak detection. American Leak Detection on charges $575.00 which is fair. They cost me an entire day of work. Even worse im a master plumber and technician still tried to screw me. Do not call this company unless you like paying 10 times more than it should.”

“Zen came in to repair a drainage block. He arrived on time and worked diligently to complete in a timely manner. Zen was very informative and kind. Definitely a company to keep in speed dial! I only wish they accepted Net 30 from commercial companies, I would’ve loved to have shared them with all of our sites.”

“I was able to get an appt within a week and the technicians that came out were very helpful in explaining what I needed, walking me through the parts and prices. They had the parts with them and got everything completed same day. They were careful to wear booties inside since it was muddy outside, and my dogs loved them. Highly recommend Weston and Carson!”

“They repaired my front yard water main pipe leak back in Sep 2022, and now about 3 years later, the a leak reemerges from the same place. I called them and they said their warranty is only for 1 year. To me, a pipe which is flexible and is buried in 1 ft of dirt should not fail just in 3 years. Poor workmanship or planning by them. The manager did not even want to acknowledge that there could be any poor work by them and she said we are 100% sure we did the work excellent!!!! How can you be sure, and even she was not willing to give some discount to a returning customer who has had the same issue. I will not work with them anymore, and the first time I worked with them I believe they were very pricy. The 2-star that I give is only for for their nice greeting and conversation, although that is important, more important is quality of work and acknowledging possible poor work.”
