“Woke up to finding water in pan this morning, definitely not how you want to start a Monday. Made a call 1st thing this morning I was a new customer never used them or even heard of them till today. From receptionist to the teck beyond clear and straight forward. They came out and replaced the water heater with a new one all with in 7 yrs of the call. Customer service like that I signed up to have them look at my hvac too.”

He was super patient, kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during the overall home inspection and camera inspection. “Called KMP very early morning 08/05/26 and 2 gentlemen showed up later the same day around 3:30. I needed a short outside drain of maybe 3-4 ft long with an easily accessible clean out on it to my septic tank cleared out from some roots that had accumulated. Technician walked over, looked at it for maybe 10 seconds and then proceeded to quote $700 to root it + the service fee of $80. My mouth dropped, that is an outrageous price no matter how you try to spin it for which I was told may be 20-30 minutes of work. I make a great living, but I’m thinking I need to get onto the KMP business model and retire early. I paid the service fee of $80 and ended up having another local company do it for half the price. KMP may do great work, I couldn’t tell you, but I don’t like to feel like I’m being taken advantage of.”

“I was n a real bind. Had already called another company who took over 4 hrs just to tell me their emergency service call had reached its capacity!!! And to schedule a service for anytime after Tuesday! All the while my garage floor was flooding cuase my water heater decided to go bye bye. So I called this company. And let me tell you night and day can’t describe my experience any better. I called and the lady who took my call said something that made my mood go from bad to funny in 2 seconds she asked how she could brighten my day. They sent JJ right out to us. “We have used KMP many years in past and they have always sent the top notch however, this time they sent a tech to do our static test for a slab leak that wasn't nearly experienced. The tech made us believe we had a sewer leak and we waited all week for him to come back and do another test of which he said was a false test and we don't have a leak and I called to talk to a supervisor, left message and he never called me back or even responded to my concern. I'm a little disappointed this time on the expertise as well as supervisors who don't respond back.”

“Getting ready to sell my house and needed my HVAV checked which I was quoted $6,400 in repairs by a KMP technician. Chose not to pay that and reached out to another licensed HVAC technician who came out the next day and said my HVAC was working perfectly and all I needed was to clean the coils. I wouldn’t suggest using them but if you do get a 2nd opinion if they quote you a ridiculous price.”
