“After waiting for two well known plumbing companies for over five hours to come & replace my sump pump, I contacted Alpha Omega, spoke to Marcella, and soon got an appointment. Unfortunately, it was already Saturday afternoon, so Abraham showed up on Monday, exactly on time. He was very informative, neat, and efficient. I later learned that he was new to plumbing and was learning on the job. I was very impressed with his work, obviously a very quick learner. Even though a neophyte, Alpha Omega is fortunate to have a very dedicated employee like Abraham. I am very pleased and hope to continue with the services of this company. Much Aloha! Reynold Choy”

“The Technician(Neil Edwards)was amazing very quick and got the issue fixed. The office coordinator let me know that he was running a little behind. You can tell this company is busy because they give you a 4 hour window that they will arrive… my only complain is pricing. I get we are on an island but 1450$ to replace two mixing valves in two showers is wayyyyy over priced. Parts alone is less then 250$ and the complete job was less then 2 hrs. So I recommend if you’re not a lazy person and willing to try either do it yourself or shop around there are places that would do it for way less.”
