“The team at Loftis Auto Service and Repair was incredibly compassionate and understanding of my financial situation. They actively worked with my budget and were resourceful in getting the necessary parts for my older car, even though the job was not user-friendly. Despite the lengthy repair time, the communication was transparent and the entire staff was professional and kind. They showed genuine concern for me being out of work and did everything possible to get my car back to me.”

“So, holy cow, my truck blew a water leak on Friday and I took my truck into Loftis today, at 9 this morning, and by 3:30, not only did they figure out what was wrong with it, but they replaced a brand new water pump and a new starter in my truck, and now she's running cherry, and all in less then $800. Now, they obviously told me the quick repair time isn't typical but job was outstanding, and they mechanic even took the time to super clean all the individual hoses and engine well from when the Anti-Freeze blew all over the place.
