He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak.
