“AVOID AT EVERY COST IMAGINABLE!!! Complete scammers who will show up unannounced and just walk into your house. I own an Airbnb. These plumbers were hired months ago to fix the water temp of a shower that wasn't getting hot. They claimed they fixed it and we paid them. Months later we get the same complaint. I ask them to go back out and we make an appointment. I hear nothing. I ask if anybody went and get vague answers stating "they were dispatched" with no mention of anything done, whether anything works, and more. Then yesterday they FINALLY, after weeks of pestering, go to the house. They ask if they can come back in the morning with a digital thermometer and they ask me if the house is booked. I say yes. The house is booked. They then show up anyways, don't even ring the doorbell, and just walk into the house so I wake up to tons of complaints from my renters. When confronted the owner takes absolutely 0 responsibility, blames me saying I should have told the renters when I openly told the owner we were booked and he had no business sending anybody given that. He then lied and tried to say the guy just knocked and was told to leave while ignoring that they didn't even knock and then just walked in. He then tried to pretend he didn't speak english. Just a nightmare. NEVER USE THESE GUYS. Irresponsible, poor quality, will directly act against your express instructions to invade privacy, and then somehow try to blame you. These guys are a JOKE.”
