Lutz Plumbing Inc

Lutz Plumbing Inc works as a plumber based in Cave Creek, TX. Established back in 1920, the crew stays focused on getting water systems running right for local homes without extra talk or delays. Homeowners in the area call them when pipes leak, drains clog, or fixtures need swapping out. The outfit keeps licensed workers on hand who know how Texas ground shifts and how summer heat or sudden freezes hit older lines. They cover the full range of house calls from quick fixes to full replacements while sticking to straightforward methods that get the job done on the first try.

They take on bathroom and kitchen plumbing jobs along with sump pump installs and repairs. Drain and sewer services cover clearing blockages and handling sewer line work when roots or buildup cause backups. Water heater repair, tankless unit installs, and regular maintenance keep hot water flowing without surprise failures. Water treatment options help with local supply issues. The crew runs calls twenty four hours a day seven days a week so folks do not sit without service when a main line bursts at night or a fixture fails during the day. They show up with the right tools, check the full system instead of patching one spot, and leave the work area clean once the fix holds.

Homeowners count on them for fast arrivals that cut down on water damage and for repairs that last instead of needing repeat visits. Quality shows up in how they handle both small leaks and bigger sewer jobs without overcharging on parts or labor. Clear updates during the work keep everyone on the same page about what broke and how it got fixed. That steady record on speed, solid results, and honest pricing adds up over hundreds of jobs. “Vincent was extremely nice and professional even though he was unable to clear our drain issue. He did help us get pointed in the correct direction. Was extremely a professional. 10 out of 10 service would definitely work with him again. Extremely happy with the service overall. They were able to get out same day for an emergency plumbing issue”

“Hunter did an incredible job explaining and identifying the problem. He’s extremely knowledgeable and also very funny (which is nice considering you have plumbing problem lol) He was efficient and professional with great craftsmanship. I appreciate all the work he did! 100/10! I’d recommend Hunter and Lutz to any and everyone who would listen! They also have a plumber named Noah who is also great! Highly recommend both gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs.”

“Really please with Lutz Plumbing's customer service. They were able to get Jakob out same-day (which was a big deal since we turned our main water line off). Jakob was professional, friendly, and diligent. He did a great job fixing our problem. Highly recommend!”

“Hunter was awesome. I had a hot water heater replaced, and he didn’t just come in and stop with that. He walked through all the options available and gave me all the information for me to make the best solution for my needs. He so personable that you didn’t feel like you have a stranger in your house, you felt more like you had a friend over helping out. Highly recommend him and Lutz Plumbing.”

“Amber was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a nice young lady. We appreciated her explanation of possible options with the rational of each. We also enjoyed her upbeat personality, smile and positive approach to our issues. Thanks Amber.”

“Alex came out to fix our shower which had not only a drainage problem but the water pressure was pulsing and weak. After a few hours of dirty hard work, I stepped into that shower that night to what felt like a brand new shower. We've used Lutz for years now and they do a great job and have fair pricing, they do not come out to try and sell you on things you dont need. Alex was extremely professional, polite, and funny!”

“Travis did a thorough evaluation of the issues I called in about and more. Offered a variety of options for me to choose from and was knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was very kind and easy to talk with. I would recommend him.”

“Amazing service!! Our kitchen sink clogged with a graduation party just two days away. They showed up within 4 hours after I called for service. Both techs were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Pake went above and beyond to provide guidance and tips for future issues. I am so very impressed and highly recommend! Thank you for saving the day and the grad party!”
