Tip Top Plumbing

Tip Top Plumbing has been operating as plumbers out of Cave Creek while serving the Phoenix area since 1977. These guys deal with the realities of desert living where high temperatures and hard water take a toll on household plumbing over the years. Homeowners around here face frequent challenges with their water systems due to the climate, and this company steps in to manage those demands with practical solutions that fit the local conditions and keep things flowing smoothly in residential properties. The address on North Basin Road puts them right in the middle of the community they serve day in and day out.

Tip Top Plumbing handles emergency calls for water heater repair when units fail from constant heat exposure, drain cleaning to clear buildup from mineral deposits common in the region, sewer line service to address breaks or clogs that stop up lines, and full plumbing installation for new fixtures or system upgrades. They show up with the tools to diagnose issues on site, fix what is broken without extra steps, and test everything before leaving so the job holds up under daily use. In a place like Cave Creek and Phoenix where dry spells and temperature swings hit systems hard, this approach cuts down on repeat visits and gets water back on track fast for houses dealing with those conditions regularly.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done right the first time at rates that match the quality without surprises, with clear updates during jobs and quick arrivals when problems hit. The volume of feedback shows steady results on speed for urgent fixes, solid quality that lasts, fair pricing for the scope, and direct communication that avoids confusion. This track record in a tough climate builds the kind of trust that adds up over hundreds of jobs. DIRT Score 4.69 from 419 reviews on Finds.

“I had TipTop Plumbing install a new Navien tankless water heater and the entire experience was first class. Stephen Walling was the installer and he was exceptional. He showed up prepared, stayed focused the entire day, and treated the job like a professional. He took out the old tank system cleanly and installed the new Navien with real craftsmanship. Every connection, every adjustment, every step was done with care. Stephen has the kind of work ethic you do not see much anymore. He was respectful of my home, kept me informed, answered questions without rushing, and made sure the system was dialed in and fully tested before he left. On top of all that, he is just a genuinely good guy, easy to work with, and someone you can trust to do the job right. The quoting process was just as solid”

“Good experience! Good service tech Dakota! Had 2 toilets and a bathtub drain installed. Price was a little higher than I had expected at approximately $2200, however it was lower than another company’s quote for the same job. Guess that’s the price of good labor these days. Thanks for your service!”

“I didn’t know where begin. I wanted to terminate our contract prior today because the service prior to the arrival of Chris had been mediocre at best,,, then Chris arrived on time pleasant and wanting to fix every issue we had!!! Which he did… not only that he gave us easy maintenance ideas, exact times to expect expect the hot water to get to which faucet We have a ranch style. He cleane a filter like I would and I’m OCD… but mostly he was the most pleasant guy.., I should have tipped him and now feel guilty..,,, in the future we will ask for him.,,, and I am a pain customer,,… so this review has meaning…thanks for asking,,…happy Thanksgiving to All”

“We needed a new water heater installed and spoke to several companies. Parker and Son who did the initial installation was outrageously expense quoting over $3000 just for the labor. Tip Top came in at a very reasonable price and got it done the next day. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!”

“The Tip Top team was very responsive diagnosing and repairing my water leak. Chris did great work and kept me informed throughout the process. I will use them again.”

“This was our annual check up on our water heater and softener. Delighted that Dylan was our professional for the day (great move bringing him on board TipTop!) and he clearly understood the assignment. Timely, tidy and very efficient! Dylan relayed his progress and also took the time to show us how to install an Eskiin filter ! Appreciated his professionalism and his enthusiasm for working with TipTop! Well done!! and thank you!!”

“Our water heater died. I had used Tip Top Plumbing on previous occasions. I called and Chris was able to come out within an hour due to a cancellation . I was quoted a reasonable price for a water heater replacement. Chris did a job that went above and beyond just an installation. He was informative, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of my questions. He even cleaned the area in back of the old tank. I will definitely use Tip Top again. Chris, you made my day! Thank you!”

“Amazing! Dakota was very friendly personable and honest about what needed to be done. We called and they came out first thing the following day. Assessed, went and grabbed supplies and was done within a few hours! Great team. Efficient and kind”

“Dylan did a great job replacing my broken recirculation pump and water heater. He replaced a old design with a very professional and modern install. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend Desert Foothills Plumbing. They have serviced many issues with my home with awesome results over the last 5 years.”

“Awesome service company doing things the old fashioned way, from outstanding customer service to the professional workmanship at a fair price. Recommend to all!”
