About
Fairway Plumbing Llc works out of Manor, Texas, and covers residential plus light commercial plumbing jobs across the Greater Austin area. Their licensed journeyman and tradesman plumbers focus on accurate diagnostics and code-compliant repairs with minimal supervision, handling everything from routine service calls to full troubleshooting. The crew brings the required experience levels to manage water lines, drain systems, and pressure testing while keeping vehicles and job sites organized. They operate under Texas plumbing regulations and document parts and notes on every stop.
Their daily work centers on water heater replacements for both tank and tankless models, gas line installs, PRV fixes, and leak detection. One crew sorted a hot water leak that flooded an elderly couple’s laundry room and garage, then pointed the family toward solid mold and restoration help. Tyler and Wyatt confirmed a customer’s suspicion on a failing water heater and handled the swap. Cliff and Tyler later replaced another old unit with a tankless model plus a new gas line in one day. Wilma stood out by taking calls and giving clear next steps without rushing.
Homeowners rate the work quality and communication highest because the plumbers show up on time, explain issues patiently, and treat every customer with straightforward honesty. Older clients especially note the integrity and care during long question sessions, while others praise how the team confirms problems before starting and finishes without extra headaches. This steady approach on real jobs builds the results that matter. DIRT Score 5.0 from 475 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“My elderly parent's hot water leaked into their laundry room and garage and created a real mess. My father called Wilma at Fairway Plumbing. Wilma was a real star and gave my parents recommendations for mold remediation and water damage restoration. Both of those recommendations were fantastic! She also coordinated with both of those companies to make sure the jobs were done right. And of course when they were ready, Wilma sent out Cliff to install a new water heater. My parents and I would highly recommend Wilma, Cliff, and the staff at Fairway Plumbing. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and the attention to detail was outstanding. We will be using Fairway Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.”
“My water heater was not functioning properly so I called Fairway. I have some past experience with water heaters so I had a pretty good idea that it was going to need to be replaced. They sent Tyler and Wyatt out to take care of my problem. They confirmed my suspicions and told me exactly what they were going to do and exactly what it was going to cost. The guys were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! They left the place exactly as they found it leaving no mess behind! Their price was $400 below my other quote as well. The company is honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work!”
“I am an 80 year-old widow and the most important thing I need is someone I can trust to care for my needs with integrity and patience. These people fit that requirement most assuredly. They were on time, professional, and patiently answered my endless questions. When I had more questions afterward, Wanda even helped research to answer them and take care of me. When I had additional issues due to things being new to me, they came and quickly took care of it, and helped me understand. These are people I can count on!”
“Cliff and Tyler replaced my old water heater with a tankless heater and installed a new gas line all in one day. Professional, efficient and exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend Fairway Plumbing.”
“They didn't get to my house until almost 4 p.m. Needed additional materials they had to go and purchase. Didn't get back until 5 p.m. Then they proceeded to tell me that the pressure valve at the meter was running too high and would have to be replaced at the my cost of $1,175.00. If I didn't allow them to replace it, no work would be guaranteed. Being a widow, I had no idea if this was the truth so I had no choice but to pay the additional costs. What started out as a quote of $2.650 ended up at nearly $4,000.00. They still haven't finished installing some pipe that they have to come back for but since it was almost 11 p.m. I told them they would have to come back another day.”
