Az Preferred Plumbing LLC

Az Preferred Plumbing LLC works as a straight-up plumbing outfit based in Chandler. They handle the full range of residential and commercial plumbing needs that come up in the area, from routine fixes to bigger jobs that hit homes and businesses alike. With a focus on practical service rather than extras, the crew shows up ready to tackle issues like clogged lines or failing fixtures that property owners deal with regularly in this part of Texas. Their site lists clear options for getting help fast when something breaks, and they cover both simple repairs and more involved work that keeps water systems running right.

The team takes on drain cleaning through hydro jetting, leak repair including slab and underground pipe detection, water heater repair, sump pump service, and emergency calls for sudden problems. They also handle plumbing inspections with video camera work, mobile home plumbing, water treatment, pressure issues, backflow preventers, repiping, sewer line fixes, garbage disposal replacement, and gas line tasks. Homeowners call them for commercial plumbing too when buildings need steady maintenance. The process starts with a clear look at the problem, then moves to targeted fixes that stop leaks or clear blockages without dragging things out longer than needed.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done on time, holds up after the visit, and comes at a price that matches the results without surprises. Speed matters when pipes burst or drains back up, and the crew earns points for showing up prepared with the right tools. Quality shows in how they trace issues like hidden leaks and finish jobs clean, while communication stays direct so owners know what is happening step by step. Price fairness stands out in reviews for avoiding unnecessary upsells on common Chandler jobs. DIRT Score 4.4 from 241 reviews on Finds.

“STAY AWAY! I was out of the country one Friday evening when my housesitter said she couldn't turn the shower off because the handle would turn without anything happening. I called AZ Preferred Plumbing for an emergency service call. Anthony disclosed the emergency trip fee ($300) and quoted a price. The next day, he texted me to ask if I got the invoice. I said I did, but that I was traveling back to the US and would try to get to the invoice on Sunday. I had some family come into town unexpectedly on Sunday and then had to travel for work on Monday. At 6:30 am on Monday, he texted me to say I hadn't paid the invoice. He lat”
