“Ok, there are quite a few great plumbing companies here in the valley, but my experience with EZ Flow was near exceptional. I had a water heater burst the night before leaving town. Ugh! I called a bunch of places which were all closed or didn't have anyone who could come out. I got in touch with EZ Flow and they went out of their way to rearrange their schedule the next morning to get a guy out to my house first thing. Spencer arrived on-time and was fantastic. He pointed out another issue I hand outside, but didn't pressure for the upsell. He was professional, friendly, quick but thorough, and very personable. “Wow Rob was extremely helpful. So this man was just outside finishing a job at a neighbors and I was lil nervous to ask for help. But you know what he was so nice about it. I was having issues with resetting my garbage disposal and all the YouTube videos made it seem so easy but it wasn’t. Rob not only took the time out of his day to talk with me he came and showed me how to reset my disposal and how to use the Allen wrench if the button doesn’t work. I’m just grateful for him going above and beyond when he didn’t have to. It saved me time, frustration and now I know how to do it myself 💪. I wasn’t even his customer just a person asking for help. “The plumber was soldering off some pipes coming out of the ceiling and accidentally lit the insulation on fire and burned our house down. I actually felt terrible for the longest time knowing it was an accident and I'm traumatic for the plumber too I'm sure. I can't imagine how I'd feel if someone else had to pay such devastating consequences for one of my minor mistakes. “We had an issue with our tankless water heater and was pretty sure it was a dirty flame fuel rod, didn't really want to mess with it in case it was a warranty issue. I called this company and they basically charge a 99 dollar diagnostic fee. I'm fine with that compared to other companies that charge double that. The tech called 25 minutes prior to showing up to let us know they were on there way. Kenneth and the apprentice with him were very personable when they showed up. They found the fuel rod to be dirty, cleaned it and got our tankless water heater working within about 30-40 minutes. Didn't charge anymore than the fee due to no parts needing to be replaced, which would have been covered under warranty. Would recommend them. Than you guys!”
