Good Times Restoration LLC

Good Times Restoration LLC runs a plumbing operation based in Chandler, Texas. They focus on fixing and restoring water systems for homes across the area and nearby spots in the East Texas region. The crew handles the daily grind of pipe problems that hit local houses, from sudden bursts to steady wear on older lines. Chandler weather brings hot stretches and occasional heavy rains that push systems hard, so these plumbers stay ready for calls that come in at odd hours. They cover the full range of work that keeps water flowing clean and drains clear without turning every job into a bigger mess than it started.

The team clears clogged drains and toilets on the spot, runs hydro jetting to cut through tough buildup, tracks down leaks with detection tools, and handles water heater repairs or full replacements when units fail. They also inspect sewer lines with cameras before any digging, fix backups in showers and tubs, install water softeners, and re-pipe sections that have gone bad from roots or age. In Chandler the soil and heat often shift lines or cause slow drains, so the plumbers check garbage disposals, set up reverse osmosis units, and do emergency sewer repairs to stop issues before they flood basements or yards. Homeowners call them when a simple clog turns into a backup or a small drip grows into a wall leak, and the crew works straight through until the water runs right again.

Customers note the crew arrives quick on emergency runs, finishes each fix so it holds up over time, keeps prices in line with the actual work done, and explains steps without extra talk. Those points show up again across jobs where pipes needed camera checks or heaters had to go in fast before winter. The pattern holds for both small toilet repairs and bigger re-piping jobs that keep houses dry. DIRT Score 4.79 from 302 reviews on Finds.

“Extremely thankful for Good Times. My wife and I found out that our house had been flooded by and upstairs toilet line break, causing the entire downstairs to be drenched. Within an hour of our finding the mess, Good Times was on site cleaning, drying, and doing everything needed to get us back into a rebuild scenario. I particularly enjoyed working with Ruben who was in charge of our space. He was very easy to communicate with, and always kind and advocating for me and my family. The owners, Jared and Trent, were amazing to work with too. Hard working and extremely considerate, and always willing to take a bit of extra time to ensure we were good to go and on schedule. Thank you SO much for helping me and my family in this situation.”

“From the very first call, the communication was exceptional. Tierra in the office was professional, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way exactly the kind of experience that sets a company apart. Ruben in the field went above and beyond. He didn’t just handle the job he took the time to walk us through all of our options and helped us access the right resources to properly address moisture in our slab before laying new flooring. That level of care and expertise is rare, and it made a real difference for us. It’s clear that owners Jared and Trenton have built something special here. Their hands-on involvement and commitment to running a quality operation shows in every interaction. You can tell this is a team that genuinely takes pride in their work. If you’re looking for ”

“I called Good Times the other day to repair a leaking drain on a second floor bathtub and was scheduled for a same-day appointment. They promptly sent Cody to our home, communicating updates until he contacted us directly with an ETA. Once he arrived in the early afternoon, we introduced ourselves and the issue at hand. After he was up to speed, Cody began his inspection and shared his recommendations for the repair. Once we determined the best course of action, Cody set off on locating the materials and pricing; we had a quote within 30 minutes of his arrival, and agreed to the work. By the end of the afternoon, Cody had made and tested the repairs, informed us of his work, and made further recommendations for pluming system maintenance. Overall, the experience is 5/5! Cody was profe”

“This is our second time using Good Times Plumbing & Restoration. Once again the technician was able to quickly identify both the problem and solution to our leaking hose, and completed repairs within the hour. I was very pleased by Azriel’s service, professionalism, and expertise. He was great to work with. Hoping for no more leaks, but if I do, I’ll call Good Times.”

“Seth and Garret did an amazing job here for us. They were quick and efficient to set everything up and pulling the necessary things out. I was actually surprised how fast they finished it. Their general manager Ruben is awesome. He guided me on how to file a claim to insurance and gave me a game plan on how to get the work done the best way. I’m not an expert on this at all, but he made everything so clear for me to understand. Seth came back a few times to take photos of the progress and making sure everything is going according to plan. I love the job they have done so far. Safe to say I’m a satisfied customer.”

“Today I walked into my laundry room to find the sink left on, overflowing, flooding the room. I acted quickly and called Good Times Restoration right after shutting off the water. Within 60 minutes they had a technician at my home! Super grateful for the amazing response time and customer service my family was shown. Hopefully we don’t flood the house again, but if we do I know who to call.”

“Brandon and his team repiped my home after a cpvc pipe break. They went above and beyond for me and my family. Great work by good times plumbing! I recommend them for every plumbing need. They show up on time and get the job done right. 10/10”

“I’ve used good time plumbing a few times now and always get great service. Logan came out today to fix a toilet that had been leaking. Super fast response and he was able to come out very quickly and fix everything for me! I would highly recommend using good time plumbing, very reasonable pricing as well!”

“I am SO thankful that I made the right choice in selecting Good Times Plumbing for my URGENT plumbing project! From the very beginning, and in all communications thereafter (with both the GTP Office: Jared, Reuben, and Tierra, or the Plumbing Team: Cody - Supervisor and Brandan and other workers), they were always extremely kind and considerate. And I was so pleased at how very reasonable the Estimate was and how patient Cody was in providing all the explanations needed on how they would correct the leak. It was seeping out from just outside the kitchen door, coming from under the brick foundation wall and pooling onto the back patio. As it turned out, my leak wasn’t due to the 60 yr old pipes under the kitchen sink as anticipated. It was coming from a leak somewhere under the kitchen f”
