Leslie (only female certified HVAC employee-5 stars to her as well) found numerous issues confirming our concerns. Compliments to the Customer Service reps. They even called with updates. The Technician was Loren. The man was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed multiple issues on my package. Provided clear pictures of the problem areas. Clear explanations and answered all of my questions. Loren then presented a plan of action. Even explained the remedies and some choices for my input on options. No pressure. His overall attitude is one of, I am here to help you. He recommended a soft start kit for my unit. “My appointment was set by Precision heating and air that the technician would show up between 7 AM and noon. I received a call at 10 AM saying the technician would be at my place next in line. The technician showed up at 3 PM and did not exit the property till 5 PM.. When I called the main office at around 2 o’clock for an explanation, the receptionist pretty much just blew me off. She offered to reschedule and I explained that I had to take all the clothes out of the closet, dismantle shelves, so the technician has access to the air handler in the attic through the access located in the master bedroom closet. A "comfort specialist" came out, gave us some options and today that work was completed by Tanner and Maddex who are so friendly and professional (even after being in the attic for over an hour in July!). Before leaving, they ensured that the vents were blowing sufficient air, explained what they did by showing me photos and cleaned up after themselves. These guys were great. “They told me the AC system was 13 years old and a replacement was needed. Spent nearly $20,000 for new outside unit and furnance. Took them roughly 8 hours to complete install. Problems: 1. Do not replace units during summer. House will become hot. I would expect paying almost $20,000 the least they can bring is some portable AC units to plug in a room or two to cool down the room/themselves. Is hauling a $500 portable AC unit difficult? I think customers would appreciate this level of care if a company were to bring a unit for the customers to use while AC is being replaced. 2.
