They replaced my Rinnai tankless heater a little more than a year ago very quickly (they're an authorized dealer) and did a fantastic job; they even replaced all of the fittings and piping around it at no extra charge. When we were discussing the home, the owner Mark mentioned that he'd plumbed this estate home when it was built more than 20 years ago. Then, a few weeks ago, it started triggering a code 11 and it was fully replaced under warranty. Today, it triggered a code 12, and Mark immediately came out (within a few hours) and replaced the regulator as well. I'm extremely impressed by Mark and Bill at Cascade and hope they will be available for my future homes as well.”
