“Spotted a leak in my front yard and determined it was above my DIY level, called Malek and received an outrageous repair estimated. I was recommended Ed Phillips last minute. They were able to come out to me after hours with a knowledgable, good spirited crew. They fixed my bad connection and fill the hole within two hours. Would recommend.”

On time and always respectful of me and my home. Martin is an outstanding employee and Zachary is lucky to receive his training from him. As always, the office staff are responsive and accommodating. “The work has always been good, or as good as it can be in our older home. However, I HATE having to speak with the answering service! I hate having to talk to someone not in College Station to wait to have someone in College Station call me back and have to repeat everything I just told the answering service. What's the point? For me as a customer, it's an extra step to pay for work I need done. We've been using Ed Phillips for 12 years now, but are seriously considering other plumbers in the area just to avoid the hassle of the answering service runaround.”

“We called this company to replace a diverter in our shower and a hose on our kitchen faucet. The kitchen took him 5 minutes. The plumber then spent an hour trying to get the diverter out and finally gave up. We've had the diverter replaced before so I know it can be done. This guy from Ed Phillips said the only way to fix it is to tear out the tile or cut a hole in the wall, so he obviously didn't know what he was doing. Then he presented us with a bill for 108.00 which he insisted we pay on the spot. I told him that was very high considering that he did not complete the job. He offere me a $10.00 reduction. Considering that he couldn't do the job and we will have to pay another plumbing company to come out, I feel the bill should have been reduced significantly. We have called the owner of the company and are waiting on his return call.”

“Called after 10 on a Thursday night in a bit of an emergency and they had a guy there within the hour. Despite having a small hiccup trying to find a water shut-off valve on my trailer home (hey, it's not where you'd think it would be,) everything went extremely well and the guy who came out was friendly and courteous. Really got me out of a pinch! Couldn't be happier (unless it was free of course...)”
