They close at 5pm, I called them at 4:55. The dispatcher immediately dispatched the plumber, Alex. He arrived, along with Nathan. This was after hours, and they were diligent in trying to solve the problem. Hours later, they stopped the water from overflowing but the actual cause was not yet determined. Alex took this personal challenge and they would be back the next day. When they came back, Alex and Nathan were back at work trying to solve this puzzle. The dynamic duo, as we called them, figured out the problem.it wasn't great news, but no more leak. We will have a long term, costly solution. But at least we now know what is next.
