They keep things straightforward, showing up with the right tools and parts instead of dragging jobs out. In a place like Conroe where homes face regular plumbing demands from local conditions, this crew keeps responses practical and on point for everyday fixes.

They take on jobs like restoring pilot lights after gas line work, stopping active water leaks at the source, and clearing up kitchen sink drips the same day they get the call. Technicians such as Dylan, Joey, and Dillon handle the on-site work, giving arrival times over the phone and finishing repairs without extra trips. Customers mention Sunday and holiday calls getting answered fast with exact quotes that match the final bill, plus clear explanations on what broke and how it got fixed before they leave. One case involved a pilot light issue on Father's Day where the technician arrived quickly and completed the job at no charge.

Homeowners keep noting the quick response times that get issues solved before they turn into bigger messes, along with prices that stay reasonable and steady communication from the first call through completion. Work quality holds up on the repairs themselves, even if some jobs involve extra steps to get everything sealed right. High marks come in for how fast they respond and the fair costs involved, with communication keeping customers informed at each stage and solid results on the actual fixes performed. What Customers Say

Amazing customer service!! Pilot light went out a couple days after having service on gas line (not Conroe Plumbing’s fault - had an air pocket). I called on Father’s Day because we had no hot water. Dylan answered, showed up within 15-20 minutes, and had it back on in no time, and didn’t charge me!! Super friendly, great service, and they take care of their customers. Highly recommend!! A+++++

Joey and Dillon are Great ! They called me with an ETA . They arrived onsite and attacked the water leak. I’ve never seen such a Team in my whole life . Their Professionalism speaks volumes … Prompt , Courteous and Professional.. If you need a Plumber , Call Conroe Plumbing first ! You won’t be disappointed.

Fast and professional I had a leak under my kitchen sink and conroe advanced plumbing came out the same day. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem quickly. Very fair pricing too. Highly recommend them in Conroe!

Called Conroe Plumbing on a Sunday after a holiday. Dylan promptly answered the phone and gave me a quote over the phone. The quote was exactly as charged. Very courteous, professional, and quick response. We'll definitely call them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It started last night when my punch guy/handyman cut a stub out line for my whole house water filtration system. The line was Pex material and he didn't have the proper tools to make the connection. It's a new construction house so I wasn't concerned that there wasn't water running to the house last night but wanted to line up a plumber for today (I'm the builder). I called Conroe plumbing and described the situation. The lady on the phone scheduled the appointment, said it would be $125 trip charge, $85 for each additional hour and $35 more if they brought a "helper"....then said she would get a plumber to call me to make sure they could do the work. 90 minutes later he called. I told him the situation and even texted him a photo of the pipe. He said no worries, they had the tools, and it would take one guy less than an hour. The next morning on time a young man showed up with a "helper". I showed them to the garage and he began looking at the pipe. From the onset I knew I was in trouble. This kid knew nothing and the helper knew even less. They made 3 trips to their truck, then a 25 minute phone call to their office telling someone over the phone all about the job and asking what to do. He walked back into the garage to tell me the repairs would take all day, because he DIDN'T HAVE THE TOOLS so he had to go back for the right tools and parts, and because it was so complicated he would be charging me $700. Please see pictures below. I told him "no thanks and have a blessed day". $125+ tax = wasted. I then called Moore plumbing supply and talked to them. I drove over purchased 2 shark bite connectors and a section of CPVC (I paid for 10 feet but only needed about 2 feet). Total cost $58 and time taken in the garage to bring water back on by myself = 15 minutes. I'm sure they have helped a lot of people in the community but I shudder to think of the lies and the costs. Update: Today the owner contacted me and apologized for the experience. He stated that there was miscommunication between himself and his worker and wanted to make the situation right. He has offered to refund the trip charge and even went so far as to hold a meeting with his staff using this as a "teachable moment" and vowing to offer more value to his customers. Even though my experience wasn't good their response let me know that was an isolated event and they will work to do the right thing.
