We are not satisfied with what we were charged for the call though, given the fact that a piece of Generac equipment on our home essentially melted, which could’ve caught our house on fire and ended up taking our air conditioner off line. We originally called an HVAC company since the air conditioner wasn’t working and they of course, had to charge us for coming out, but they quickly realized their air conditioner was fine. The Generac equipment was the problem since they could smell the burned parts.. Having a piece of equipment, essentially melt, including the wiring that was only installed 14 months ago is quite concerning.”
