“We needed a umber to fix a leak in our bathtub and we needed him quickly as we had sold our house and were closing in two days. We called Hello Plumbing and Victor showed up very quickly. It turned out that the leak was in a very difficult place to reach and the pipe junction had locked up due to deterioration. Victor worked late into the evening, managing to completely fix the leak, replace all of the deteriorated parts and installed hot and cold water valves which the builder had neglected to do. Victor’s work was high quality and done with the professional approach that reminded me of the plumbers back in the day when they actually cared about their work and the customer satisfaction that goes with it. “Had a leak in our kitchen and livingroom ceiling my wife got Victor's # from a co worker and we called him he gave us an excellent estimate we waited till after the holidays and he came by on Friday (January 11) and did a fantastic job on everything using pex pipe on our 27 yr old house he also fixed our master bathroom shower over flow drain all in the same day. “I spoke with Victor about 7:40 pm on a Monday evening in reference to my water heater leaking. I was nervous since the water heater was in the attic that it would quit draining thru the overflow pipe and cause water damage in the attic. I ask if he could out that evening and even though it was late and he would have to drive about 50 minutes to my location, he came out. That is true customer service. We were lucky to have two water heaters that were linked together. He disable the bad water heater and did some additional piping for the other so we would have a working water heater (this is just a quick temporary fix so we would have hot water) Our units are about 17 years old. He explained our options and we will be replacing both and hopefully before this one goes out. Thanks Victor for your professional service and caring about your customers. “Had Hello Plumber come in after we bought our home and he replaced a toilet and did some work on our kitchen sink. We were very pleased and had him back to replace the toilet that had failing parts in our guest bath and again pleased with time and attention he put into it.
