They have replaced a sump and added a water-fed backup sump and fixed a leaky drain for me. They stand by their work and have never taken more than a day to respond to my service calls. “I tried May's Plumbing for the first time when there was water dripping through my kitchen ceiling light...not good. There were no pipes over the light, so what was happening? I called in the afternoon and nobody could come until evening, so it would be the overtime rate. Water coming through a light was freaking me out so I asked them to come. Mark arrived early, stayed for hours figuring out the cause in my 213-year-old house where everything is a little wonky. The final repair turned out to be relatively simple, but it took a while to trace it to the third floor as the leak appeared to be in other places as well. He fixed it and told me what to ask the oil company to do to make a final fix as it was a leak in my hot water pipe heating system. He also fixed a stubborn leak in my rental apartment that resisted my hose clamp tightening, which was not on the work list. Thank you Mark!! These are my new plumbers.
