“My experience & review is sadly very similar to the one posted three weeks ago. We logged the job yesterday (7/19) & the receptionist said the plumber would be out between 3:00 & 3:30. Nobody showed up. Called just after 4pm to ask for an update. Told that a big emergency job had come up after we had initially called & he was stuck on that & they'd call us back by 5pm to tell us what was going to happen. We didn't receive a call & when I called them at 5:30 it went straight through to voicemail. No further communication was received after that. This is obviously a rough time for the proprietors but as the last reviewer said, communication is the key. If someone had called us yesterday to say that he couldn't make it that evening we would have understood completely & rescheduled for today if possible. Unfortunately we had to go with another service.”
