What Customers Say
“Cory is awesome. Explains everything and is very thorough. His honest approach makes me feel comfortable trusting him for major repairs like these. If your on the fence- ARS has consistently went above and beyond. This is the second time I've used them and I've never felt pressured or had questions left unanswered. I wish more companies were like this, the last thing you want during a plumbing emergency is to be hit with insane prices and vague answers. What I appreciate is that is isnt just a bandaid fix, they were able to diagnose the real issue and give me real solutions.”
“Worst customer service, my first appointment no one showed up to install a hot water heater, never got a courtesy call about it either. Second appointment was rescheduled last minute and again no courtesy call. The third appointment magically disappeared from the schedule. The only pleasant part of the experience was Tyler who came and looked at my old system and advised us on what we needed in a new system for the house.”
“Justin Hines did a great job. He came in and gave me a good education about the systems he was servicing, their age and expectations and then we talked about indoor air quality. He worked hard and did a very thorough cleaning and fixed everything for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!”
“ARS was dispatched to my home in Spring, TX to perform an HVAC inspection for a prospective buyer. Prior to their visit, a licensed home inspector ran the system for approximately one hour and recorded a 17°F temperature split between return and supply, which is within a normal operating range. After ARS’s inspection, I was informed that the system was low on refrigerant, freezing, and that replacement was recommended. I requested the full diagnostic report, including pressure readings, superheat/subcooling values, and any documented leak testing. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received this information—only that a ticket has been submitted. Without supporting data or a confirmed leak location, I cannot validate the conclusion that the system is failing or requires replacement. Based on my experience, the system has been operating without issue, and the independent inspection findings do not align with ARS’s claims. I would strongly encourage using another company that can provide evidence of a system not working. Decided to have another inspection performed by Air Woodlands. They provided a full report including pictures indicating the unit was in good working condition. Go elsewhere if you want a truthful opinion.”
“They scheduled an appointment only to not show up in the designated window. I call them they tell me the tech would be at my house in 20 minutes then they never showed I call the dispatch who tells me tech had an emergency and they were having a different tech come only for him to also not show, finally I call back 45 minutes later and the dispatcher gives me an attitude even though they just wasted 6 hours I can't get back only to downplay the issue at my home like its not an emergency and tell me they need to reschedule. Whatever happened to good customer service and respect? Its sad especially considering I was potentially going to be a brand customer. SMH”
