“Only reason they get 5 stars is because there’s no option for 6. They rebuilt my alternator and seen my belt needed to be replaced as well. Amazing service they have a sign in the office “reads fast and good won’t be cheap and cheap and good won’t be fast.” but I tell you they don’t waste time. I will be going there permanently for any vehicle service. They were busy but a busy shop means they’re busy for a reason because they are the place to go when you need the work done on a vehicle.”

Unfortunately, their approach was to simply replace the spark plugs and coil packs without thoroughly diagnosing the problem. After spending $500, I brought my truck to the transmission shop, only for them to inform me that they couldn’t proceed with their inspection because the vehicle was still misfiring on cylinder number 5. When I returned to express my concerns, they suggested bringing it back in for another look—but this time, they wanted to charge me an additional $120 just to look at it when the original issue was never fixed. I’d be more than happy to pay for more repairs if needed but not another diagnosis fee I expected more accountability for not fixing the original issue. They didn’t make any effort to rectify the situation, which I found incredibly disappointing. Overall, the service fell short of my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.”
