“The entire crew did a great job! Chris, Jimmy and Trinidad were true professionals. They waited all day until the utility locators showed up. When the locators were done, they wasted no time in fixing my problem. I can’t thank them enough for their patience, professionalism and the quality work they provided. Y'all are the best!”

They’ll return to replace the sprayer (no parts available on hand at the time) and he said that our flush went well, no issues so far. He was able to assist us with filtration system options. Overall the visit was a quick and uncomplicated visit.”

Also Caleb came and did a horrible job, seems like he just re-cut the tube and reinserted the tube. “Called Diamond Plumbing about a leak at the water main near the meter that was diagnosed by SAWS. It was a small leak so I didn't mind that it took a couple days to get to me. Chris called me when he diagnosed my problem. He told me what he'd have to do to correct it and gave me a reasonable estimate. In performing the repair, he found a leak on SAWS' side and explained it to me so I could relay it to SAWS. I'm pleased with the quality of service I received and next time I need a plumber, I'll definitely give them a call.”
