“Decided after viewing a utube video I could repair my own sprinkler backflow preventer. Bought a rebuild kit. Well, I could not budge the cap on the first relief valve, even with a huge crescent wrench and breaker bar. Called Superior, got appointment same day. Dustin showed up, he is a big ole boy. It took some effort even for him, but he broke it loose. Since I had all the parts, he went ahead and installed the kit. He worked quickly, probably took him a little more than 15 minutes. I have used Superior before, great choice for plumbing work and price is always fair.”

“Have you ever had a water heater start leaking water through your ceiling 5 hours before you’re going to have a full house for a party? That’s exactly what my family faced and why Superior Plumbing earned all my business going forward. They came to my home for an emergency call and replaced the old water heater which had water coming out the top. They were amazingly fast and did a great job on the new install. I even overheard the guys upstairs talking about how they wanted to get the unit installed so the water could be turned back on for the party. Don’t think I’ve previously worked with any service companies that would care that much. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!”

“We have a condo that was built on a slab in the early '70's. Back then they used ceramic piping which over time develops cracks and bellies which leads to back up in our sewer system (overflowing toilets and sewage coming into the showers). It was not a pleasant situation. We were told we would have to jackhammer the floors and cause complete destruction to our 2 showers. After multiple phone calls and research on my end, we got in touch with Sean at Superior Plumbing. He was the most professional, knowledgeable plumber with lots of experience. Using a camera, he looked down all the water lines and said, "I can put a liner into the ceramic pipes and that would resolve you issues ". Amazingly it did and it it only cost us less than 20% of the cost if we would have jackhammered everything. I”
