“I purchased a new Bidet attachment for my master bathroom. James arrived on time. He was clean and professional. He gave a good quote and proceeded to do an amazing job. He identified a couple of small issues that needed to be addressed before they became big issues. All in all I am happy with the service . This is my second time using Palomino. I highly recommend them based on professionalism and quality of work! Also Dustin a month or so ago came to our rescue. We were in the middle of a renovation and had multiple pluming issues that happened at once. Dustin also came in professional. He had us back up and running in only a couple of hours. I called Callie(maybe) the dispatch at 6 am. Dustin was here by 8 am. He had to replace multiple valves between our guest bathroom and our laundry room. All in all on both occasions Palomino has performed high quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you Palomino.”

“Carlos came out and did a sewer camera inspection for a property I’m interesting in purchasing. He was prompt and friendly. He explained his findings and showed me what he saw. He also offered to take photos and videos for me. I appreciated him taking the effort to teach me a few things and pointing out his observations. He answered all my questions as neutrally and as best as he could at the time and followed up with answers for any he had to look into. Unfortunately I won’t be able to get those photos and videos in time before the end of my option period. No fault to Carlos at all. I guess due to logistics of their business and the accelerated schedule when buying a home.”
