“Avoid the place at all cost... did a claim with 1st American home warranty and they recommended this place and now this place wont return my calls..... I get it.... I wouldn't want to answer my calls either. So... long story short plumbing company sends out Asher, guy comes in and gets the job done. Finds the problem without me telling him and says... "nothing to worry about, leak in the cold water hose lead to the electrical components damage. Should be an easy fix" 3 days later report finally gets sent and warranty place, they denies my claim. Asher reported that it was the hvac condensation that leaked onto the components and ruined the water heater. I called the company to see it they would revise their report and called them for 4 days straight and left messages and Never got a return phone call. So avoid this place if you can. I already told American first about this BS and theyre going to cancel future jobs with them from what I understand also avoid first American home warranty if you can. Good day!!!”

They are extremly honest, hard working, family owned company, always reliable and soooo dependable! I use them on all my real estate transactions and my personal properties too.....they are truly awesome!”

“I was weary about this company due to the reviews about AHW. But I spoke with Nicky and told her my concerns and she made me feel a lot better. They came out and worked on my garbage disposal and got everything fixed up and I was very happy with their service. They communicated well and also called me when they were running late. Please don’t confuse their service with things that AHW will and will not cover! They were great and if I have any other issues with my plumbing I’ll be calling them myself! Thank you guys!”

“I’d give 0 stars if I could. Accepted the service order through my home warranty but have not bothered to call to schedule. I’ve left 2 voicemails with no return call. Then they told my warranty company they have called me multiple times. Complete lie and I wouldn’t trust them to do the repair now anyway.”

“Worst company I have ever Not worked with. Got a contract to sell my house. Got an inspection that said there were plumbing leaks. First American Home Warranty assigned the repairs to As one Plumbing on 15May and was told they could not go to the house until 25May. This delay could extend the closing of the house so I called First American Home Warranty to try to get a different plumbing company and they said this was the only one. I then called As One Plumbing most everyday for 6 day to try to get them out sooner and no one ever answered the phone and No one ever called me back from the voicemails I left. I found their email address off of their website and emailed them the paperwork from inspection showing 4 leaks. Finally they contacted the Warranty company and told them it will not be covered. The claims are now cancelled and the plumbers never came out wasting 6 days of the contract getting very close to closing. So this is also a bad review for First American Home Warranty who assured me from 2 customer service representatives and their claims specialist that these leaks will be covered. Nope they are “preexisting”. Well most likely they are, but I told the warranty compan”

“My kitchen sink was clogged and Steven came in and just said hello, how are you and walked right into the kitchen. Not a my name is Steven and I’m here to fix your sink, nothing. Him and another guy ended up using a hydro jet to unclog it and said, “Ok, you’re all done.” They proceeded to leave and something told me to try the sink and I’m glad I did because when I ran it, I now have a leak at the bottom! I ran out there and told them it’s now leaking. He comes back in and sees it and tells me that the leak was already there and if I want it fixed, they’ll need to go through my warranty to see if the leak is covered. That’s when I asked him what his name was. I know that my sink wasn’t leaking before. If it was, I would’ve stated that in the first service request, not just a clog. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve haven’t heard anything. What I suggest everyone does is start reporting them to the Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners. If they get enough complaints, they’ll lose their license. This company was totally unprofessional from beginning to end and no one else needs to put up with their mess. I’m glad I recorded everything (thank goodness for meta glasses) because the Texas board is ”

“Crooks! Asher told me the electrical disconnect for my water heater was up to code when he came over. I said yes, we just bought this house and I made sure of that. Then submitted to my home warranty that It wasn't. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to the code. They wanted to charge me the cost of a new water heater on top of the deductible I paid the warranty company. If you've read this far, go somewhere else! No matter what your warranty company tells you, you have options. Consider yourself warned.”

“Definitely a fraud when they are working with American Home Shield. I requested services on December 3rd for plumbing issues. They informed me that they couldn't get out there until December 10th. This was unacceptable for my tenants so I hired outside of American Home Shield. Now, my issue is resolved as of December 3rd. On December 10th As One Plumbing closed the ticket stating that they completed the work. I called and Beth told me it was an accident and she will contact AHS. I've been in contact with American Shield requesting a refund. On January 16th, As One Plumbing uploaded fabricated pictures as if they completed the work. I just called As One again today and still can't get a correct story. They can keep my money and bet they will never see another dime from me! God Bless!!”

“Used tracker to keep notice of when the plumber was here. Didn’t get off van and on tracker stated he started job but never got down out of van. 5 mins later he left.”

“As One was assigned by my home warranty company (AHS) to repair my tankless hot water heater on 12/17/25. It is now 12/30/25 and As One has not been out to my home yet to even inspect the unit. Calling them results in either a no-answer, or a recording that says their inbox for messages is full. Go figure. It's probably full of other "satisfied" customers leaving feedback.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would . The company was contracted through my home warranty . I had to wait a week for service . They claimed they would arrive on the scheduled date. I did not receive a call or message that they would not be arriving at home for service and rescheduled without notifying me, the home owner. I tried calling company with no answer. Home warranty called them and they told them they left me a message and they did not . I double checked email , text and voicemail .I had to reschedule an appointment to ensure I was home for service. Very unprofessional.”

“Our technician was Asher and this company was dispatched from our home warranty. Let me start by saying if you go through your home warranty and they dispatch this company ask for a different company. We were the last appointment of the day and the tech was in a hurry and did not turn our water back on. Not only was this a huge inconvenience but when I called the manager the next day she made excuses for her employee. Per other reviews this is not the first time this particular technician has done this. When I continued to express my dissatisfaction Vicky the manager told me that she was sorry I had a perfect life. I came to the conclusion that Vicky must be related to Asher. There would be no other reason for her to respond the way she did. We will no longer do business with As One Plumbing and we are in the process of removing them from our options with our warranty company. Buyers beware. Absolutely horrible service and even worse is the customer service. I cannot post this review without giving them 1 star but keep in mind I am rating them -0000000 stars”

“Don't waste your time. Asher will lie right to your face about submitting the paperwork to First American Home Warranty to get a leaking pipe repaired. I have him on camera doing this. Then when you don't hear back from them or any paperwork hasn't been submitted and you try to call them they won't answer the phone. They had both mine and my husband's phone number but when I reached out to FAHW they called As One Plumbing and they picked up the first try. They claimed "they've been trying to reach us." Lies... Then when you complain to FAHM about AOP they get your claim denied because they claim the leaking pipe was caused by rodents. It's an obvious crack NOT damage from "rodents." Wasted my time giving them the benefit of the doubt after I seen the negative reviews. I'm not sure where the good reviews came from unless they have another plumber that's not cocky, rude, and lazy or they're getting friends to leave a good review. I'll reiterate what the numerous other reviews have said. Don't waste your time unless they find a replacement for Asher.”

“Just like the other customers, I will not recommend this company. I had the same bad experience as others. They took a month to inspect the problem. Nobody’s answering their phone. It is really frustrating because the problem keeps getting worse, and it is really hard to contact them. It really sucks because the warranty company only has one plumbing contract here in Corpus. I had to cancel my claim and handle it myself. I will not trust these people.”
