“Mike sent an employee to repair a bathroom faucet & outdoor cutoff valve. Repair went well. Approximately 4 hours after Ancor left my property, I was contacted by our yard man. One of the outdoor water faucet valves was left wide open, resulting in a continuous gushing of water for about 4 hours. As a result, a small lake of water formed behind the property & drained into the nearby canal. However, what was more concerning was that neither Mike nor Ancor employee returned multiple calls or was willing to acknowledged this error. Repair was done adequately, but the costly & careless mistake is likely going to be repeated, as they didn’t seem to care. Poor customer service. Poor attention to detail. Responsibility lacking. Poor communication.”
