“Contacted in July about a dishwasher install. Sent info on machine & never heard a thing back. Contacted 3 weeks later & sent someone out the next day. Two guys, one smelt like alcohol, said they weren't familiar with the machine & we're scared to install it. Said someone would be here Monday so I contacted Monday morning for a time. Receptionist said she would get right back in touch. No word so I called Ocean Plumbing. The receptionist replied back once I called & told them never mind. Said the owner "makes his own hours".”
