“Recently, our AC unit stopped working after only 6 years. We contacted the company that originally installed it, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. Thankfully, a coworker recommended Logicool, and I’m very glad they did. Within an hour and a half of calling, they had a technician at our home to evaluate the issue. Our technician, June, was absolutely outstanding. Instead of simply saying we needed a new unit, she took the time to thoroughly explain how the system works and showed us that there was a serious issue in our attic that had never been addressed by the previous company. That explained why we experienced AC problems every year and why half of our house was always hot. June took pictures, walked us through everything, and explained the different solutions available to us. After discussing our options, my wife and I decided to move forward with a new system and repair the ductwork issues as well. She also took the time to explain the different systems Logicool offers and the benefits of each one. Before we even finished making our decision, another technician arrived with portable AC units so we wouldn’t have to sit in a hot house while the new system was being installed. That level of care and professionalism truly stood out. Every time I had questions, June and the other technicians patiently explained everything. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Now, we no longer have hot spots in the house, and we have complete confidence knowing they’re only a phone call or text away 😂 I highly recommend Logicool. If you get the chance, ask for June. She will take great care of your AC needs!”

“Great service from a knowledgeable technician. I'm new to the island and needed service maintenance on my two AC units. From the initial phone inquiry with Rebecca setting up the service to Cameron arriving promptly, in couldn't have asked for better. The general maintenance service that Cameron provided was above that of other companies/technicians at my other properties. After the service was complete it took no convincing to sign up for the sem-annual visit plan. I'm pleased to be a new customer.”

“It was 7:30 on a Friday evening when our three-year old Trane system’s exterior drain was dripping moisture and the AC shut down. Extremely disappointed with our original HVAC installer, we knew we had to quickly find reputable help.
