“i was referred to them by Aquasana to replace my current Aquasana whole house system. they didn't seem like they were interested. never said repair. I said i had the replacement filters and needed them changed out. so just called Aquasana told them about the exchange. wont use them for anything”

“Pros: They have a great response time and Justin is really awesome he does a great job. Cons: I give it 2 to 3 stars only because they are unethical by charging me 2.2hrs despite 1 hour already paid for by my Home Warranty Fidelity for the faucet. He started labor at 9:50pm and finished at 11:40pm. He was never there for 3 hours. That was 2 hours. Even if Owen makes it 2.5 hours I should only have been charged 1.5 hours of labor; and there was also a miscommunication that is costing me an extra $200+ and they wanted to charge me an extra $45 to haul the sink they took out. I specifically asked and showed Justin my sink prior week and asked if the bathroom faucet includes the sink install, too. He told me it does and that he can do it for me. I spoke to Fidelity National Home Warranty as well. Both told me it is included with the bathroom faucet installation as long as it is the same style. Of course, the receptionists Peggy or Crystal was giving me a hard time about it. I requested Justin again because he was the one that verbally told me he could do it, he also saw what I had purchased and approved it was the right one; but these ladies just seemed to be very upset and intrusive that I requested him specifically even though they still got their payment from Fidelity for the faucet. After that point, I just knew there were going to be issues and that Justin, these ladies on the phone, and FNHW was about to make my life so much worse and more stressful than it already is.”
