“First time using Sparkling City Plumbing. I called them to clear a kitchen sink drain from the clean out that I couldn't get with my smaller snake. Christopher was the person that showed up on site and was very friendly and worked hard to get the drain cleared. After he cleared it, he waited around for about 10-15 min to allow water to run to make sure the drain was fully cleared. I will definitely call them again when needed. They are also very up front with pricing and no hidden charges. Great team!”

“Initially I was very happy with the service. However, I had an issue with the same problem of my washer discharge backing up. The young lady explained to me that it would be another service charge because it was past the 24 hour guarantee. Nowhere on my invoice for the $137 service charge is it stated that it is only guaranteed for 24 hours.
