“Dude was in and out, very nice guy, done fast, even installed a new filter for me, but WOWZER, the PRICE! I understand it was an inexpensive part that just plugs in, so basically that little bit of labor (maybe half an hour, 45 minutes?) was $500! I got a kick afterwards remembering the tech said the service fee would not be charged if the work was over $300, but thats gotta be an inside joke or something, because how could you ever have a bill that wasn't over $300?”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Sierra for communicating via text back and forth trying to get an appointment set up to come out and start ac maintenance on our unit, unfortunately the unit decided to act up before the appointment date came but thankfully all I did was text and within minutes I had Ricky at our door to come and save the day to keep us cool. Ricky was very professional and very fast and efficient at diagnosing why the system was performing properly and about 5 minutes later we were back in business and can sleep comfortable tonight.
