“I hadvan emergency plumbing issue in an early Saturday morning. Called several plumbers are all were busy. Even R &M were tied up at the moment. But asked for my address because he heard the urgency in my voice. After 10 min or so they came to my rescue. I couldn't get the water to turn off in the bathtub. “Woke up Saturday morning to no hot water. We knew we would be paying $$$ for a weekend/after hours service call, but we needed hot water! I called big company names, absolutely no answer. Even did online requests, but no luck (though one company called Monday). We called Danny and he answered pretty quickly and came out that afternoon and “bandaided” the water heater so we could have hot water until he could come out and install a new one.
